My toilet has been leaking for two days now. Water is coming from the base and creating a puddle on the bathroom floor. I've tried tightening the bolts but that didn't help. Need a professional plumber to diagnose and fix the issue as soon as possible. The toilet is a standard model, about 5 years old.
